As the Greater Wellington Regional Council has adopted the five year plan to complete flood protection work for the Hutt River, PETVET Lower Hutt will be relocating to Rutherford Street. We have decided to make the change early so that we can continue to develop PETVET in order to maintain high quality veterinary services for you and your pet.
In order to carry out the proposed flood protection work The Greater Wellington Regional Council will gradually acquire properties on the river side of Pharazyn Street so that the stop backs can be raised and strengthened. The Council has undertaken to assist property owners and businesses in Pharazyn Street to relocate.
